I don't use any system at all, my daddy does it for me. Tagging is  when you comment on a website, folder, ext. Social bookmarking is when you have bookmarks anywhere you go so you can use them on any computer.Diigo is a social bookmarking website where you can find all your files anywhere you go. An example for tagging is when you tag a friend in a picture on facebook.
